BOVEDA 58% HUMIDITY CONTROL
Product for the proper storage of herbs. It works by controlling humidity in two ways, maximizing the effectiveness, aroma, color, and flavor of the preserved herbs. It maintains a constant humidity of 58% (the ideal percentage for preservation). Available in various sachet sizes to suit your preferred container.
Sachets of 4, 8, 67, and 320 grams.
Example of use:
- The 8-gram sachet preserves up to 28 grams of herbs.
- The 67-gram sachet preserves up to 450 grams of herbs.
Boveda will never humidify beyond the RH on the package, so there is no such thing as "too much." You want to think in terms of using at least the minimum because the more you use, the more efficient the Boveda will work and the longer it will last. You'll know it's time to replace when Boveda starts spinning hard.
Each Boveda consists of a specially prepared saturated solution of pure water and natural salt. This saturated solution is contained within a "reverse osmosis" membrane permeable to water vapor. Inside a closed desk, Boveda maintains a predetermined level of (RH) by releasing or absorbing purified water vapor, as needed, through the membrane.
Boveda provides the cleanest, most purified moisture of all other products available on the market today.
Do not mix Boveda RH levels in the same container, and do not use Boveda in the same container with other humidification products. Since they will not be as efficient as they need to be.
