BOVEDA 62% HUMIDITY CONTROL
Product for the proper storage of medicinal herbs. It works by controlling humidity in 2 ways, maximizing the effectiveness, aroma, color and flavor of the preserved herbs. It constantly maintains a humidity of 62% (percentage suitable for conservation). Boveda monitors environmental conditions and adds or removes moisture as necessary to maintain ideal water content in the flower. With Boveda you can store medicinal herbs indefinitely. There are some sachet sizes to fit your favorite container.
Sachets of 4, 8, 67, and 320 grams.
Example of use:
- The 8 gram sachet is used to preserve up to 28 grams of herbs
- The 67 gram sachet is used to preserve up to 450 grams of herbs
Boveda is ideal for storing and curing aging medicinal cannabis that is already dried. When you think the plant is almost at its intended moisture content for curing, Boveda will tune it for perfect long-term storage. Grow, dry and package with Boveda. Get a perfect long-term cure for the best medical cannabis possible. Boveda does not cause any damage from direct contact.
Curing – Cannabis will need to be dried using normal methods, ideally just below the required moisture content, then stored in a container with Boveda.
How long Boveda lasts depends on the sizes of the packages and how often they are opened (it will last approximately 2 months in a package that is opened often, but up to a year or more if it is not opened frequently).
Just check the texture of the Boveda and replace it when few soft spots remain. When Boveda is completely dry, it will become a solid wafer. The hardness of the envelope must be checked periodically
